Greater Bank and the Newcastle Jets are giving W-League fans the chance to get up close with their football heroes this month when they host the Jets:PLAY Clinic and the W-League Community Match.

The full W-League squad will be on hand at Newcastle’s No. 2 Sportsground on Saturday 15 February to pass on their skills and knowledge to the next generation of football stars at the Jets:PLAY clinic.

Children from across the region will have the chance to be coached by, and play games with, their W-League heroes. The clinic will be followed by a free barbeque and autograph session.

The clinic is limited to 200 participants, so click here to secure your child’s place.

The following weekend is the annual Greater Bank Community Match when the girls take on Melbourne Victory on Sunday 23 February at Newcastle’s No. 2 Sportsground.

The Jets are hoping for a capacity crowd for the team’s final home game of the season, and Greater Bank is giving fans plenty of reason to get along in droves.

One lucky fan will win $1,000 just by being at the game. To be in the running, collect a raffle ticket when entering the ground and listen out at half-time to see if you are the winner. It’s as simple as that!

Plus, kids aged 16 years and under will have the chance to watch the match for FREE. Young football fans can take advantage of the offer by collecting their tickets from the Greater Bank marquee located outside the main gates at Newcastle’s No. 2 Sportsground. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Once inside, there will be plenty of fun and activities for the whole family, including a jumping castle, face painting, DJ, giant lawn games, food trucks and an ice cream van.

The match will also support Greater Charitable Foundation partner, Healthy Youngsters, Healthy Dads who will be providing Junior Mascots to accompany the players onto the field prior to kick off.

Make sure you get along to the women’s last home game of the year and enjoy all the action, both on and off the pitch, at the Greater Bank Community Match. Gates open at 3:00pm and the match kicks off at 4.00pm.
