In an independent analysis for its Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards, experts from the financial comparison site reviewed the market to locate the best value home loans across a number of categories.
Greater Bank Chief Executive Officer, Scott Morgan, said the awards recognise the customer owned bank’s dedication to not only providing customers with quality financial products but also a real alternative to the major banks.
“With interest rates at an all-time low, competition within the home loan market has never been stronger, which is why we need to stay ahead of the game within this market,” Mr Morgan said.
“Providing products that meet the real needs of our customers is at the forefront of our thinking when developing all of our financial products, including our suite of home loans. This is why we are continually looking at other points of difference and creating greater value across our products.
“The quality and value in home loan products recognised by Mozo, as well as our commitment to the highest level of customer service, also highlights our position within the home lending market as a real alternative to the big banks.”
Mozo Director, Kirsty Lamont, said “the Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards are here to help borrowers cut through slick marketing by spotlighting the lenders delivering borrowers the best value for money.”
“With 525 homes loans under our experts’ radar this year, to be receiving a Mozo Experts Choice Award indicates this home loan is among the country’s best in terms of value.
“Mortgage stress is a constant concern for many Australian households which is why it’s so important for borrowers to know where to look to for a great deal. Switching to a better value lender can save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.”
Greater Bank’s Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards come on the back of last month’s announcement at the 2018 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards where the Hunter-based financial services provided was named Bank of the Year for the second consecutive year.
